01. Preparing Metal Wire Spools
Use a wire winding machine to evenly wind metal wire onto spools.
Each winding machine can prepare 6 or more spools at once.
Prepare extra spools in advance for uninterrupted operation.
02. Loading Metal Wire onto Pay-Off Stand
Place the wire spools onto the spool rack.
Then thread each wire spool through the corresponding feed hole at the bottom of the spool holder.
03. Secure Wire to Main Machine
Feed the metal wire through the machine’s wire feeding mechanism and secure it to the mandrel at the front end of the machine.
The amount of wire required depends on the mesh size; for the same mesh width, smaller mesh sizes require more wire.
04. Start Machine and Adjust Mesh Shape
Start the machine and weave the first row of mesh.
Once the first row of mesh is formed, position it on the needle shaft and begin the second cycle until the mesh is securely attached to the machine’s needle shaft.
At this point, you can produce a mesh with uniformly shaped and accurate holes.
