The horizontal gabion mesh machine is a wire-weaving system engineered specifically for hexagonal gabion mesh (also known as Gabion mesh, Reno mattress, or PVC-coated rock cage netting).
Unlike vertical-spindle configurations, this machine arranges its main drive shaft and twist-wire mechanisms along a horizontal axis — delivering a lower center of gravity, reduced vibration, and a more compact footprint that suits workshops with limited floor space or capital budget.
A single three-phase motor powers the entire weaving cycle, from wire feeding and twisting to mesh forming and take-up. The horizontal frame design makes routine inspection and part replacement straightforward, reducing downtime and maintenance costs for small-to-medium fabricators.
