The CNC hexagonal wire mesh machine (also referred to as a hexagonal wire netting machine) is YouTe’s highest-output steel wire model — a servo-driven platform with PLC automation built for producers running chicken wire, poultry netting, agricultural fencing, and industrial mesh at volume.
Where mechanical hexagonal machines require manual speed adjustment and offer only basic production monitoring, the CNC model’s PLC control system handles speed optimization, fault detection, and production counting automatically — reducing operator skill requirements and increasing per-shift output consistency.
Compatible with galvanized wire, PVC-coated wire, copper wire, and black annealed wire. Wire diameter 0.35 mm to 2.2 mm across the full range of standard and custom mesh apertures.

Packaging, Export Documentation, and Delivery
